Andrew Kennedy is a talented and well respected Art Director in the industry since 1982 and is now a partner at Green Candy Decor and Tropical Plant Displayz. Green Candy are specialists in creative event interiors and styling.
Andrew aims to steer Green Candy in the direction of “Designing with Green”, using only “green and living decor elements” in his designs. Considering the materials, energy & toxicity, where possible, keeping the life cycles in mind; not only making products recyclable but using recycled materials as much as possible to reduce the environmental burdens. This can only be achieved by tapping the imagination, educating our clients, being brave enough to experiment and to think up the unthinkable.
As head of creative and styling he translates desired moods and concepts into imagery and is responsible for bringing together the final vision of the event. Andrew works closely with set designers and is in charge of the overall appearance and how it communicates visually to transform a space, a film set or the event “look and feel”. With combined talents as an interior stylist, props designer, professional photographer and set decorator, Andrew’s specialty is to stimulate the moods that appeal to your target audience that add to the experience.
